I know wedding planning can be exciting, but also overwhelming. I'm here to help! I'll guide you through the creative process, inform you of best practices and etiquette, and any upcoming deadlines to keep our project on track. If you have any questions or concerns at any point during the process, I'm just an e-mail away. Interested in working together? Here's how it looks:
it starts with
...and a meeting! First, we'll connect and I'll learn about you and your wedding day from this inquiry form. Once you fill out the form, I will get in touch to set up a consultation call or meeting. I'd love to hear your story and learn what unique vision you have for your day. Your wedding stationery sets the tone for your wedding weekend, from the save-the-dates to invitations to the wedding day paper. We'll discuss paper and printing options, go through samples, and work on a custom quote tailored to your needs.
Need a preliminary quote? It can be overwhelming figuring our your wedding budget. I'm happy to offer a quote so you have an idea of how much to invest on your custom wedding stationery. Fill out this form and we'll get the ball rollin'.
sealing the deal
Based on our meeting/conversation, a custom proposal, quote, and custom timeline will be developed for you to review. If you accept the proposal, a $500 retainer is required to secure a spot on my calendar. Then, it's time to get creative!
design + proofs
I'll get to work on the design, typography, watercolor, graphics, calligraphy, and/or custom illustrations - whatever artwork is needed make the vision come to life! You'll receive digital proofs of the designs along the way. Because these have to be perfect, I offer unlimited revisions (but limited number of complete design overhauls)!
Your official signature completes the design phase, then it's off to print! My printers and I will work diligently to make sure each piece is flawlessly produced. The ribbons will be tied, wax seals stamped, and envelopes addressed. Printing techniques and materials vary from project to project, so production time ranges from 3-5 weeks.
Once all the pieces are finished, I will ship these off or hand deliver them if you are in the St. Louis city area. My studio does not currently offer mailing services (it's on the agenda for 2020!). Your package will arrived with suites unstuffed or ready to hit the post office.
The party doesn't stop there. Let's make your wedding day paper design cohesive from the moment your guests open their invitations to the day of your wedding. Let's discuss ceremony programs, menus, place cards, seating charts, cocktail napkins, and whatever else you can think up for your wedding day.
